Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the order total, including shipping. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory/production issues. If we cancel an order, you'll be refunded in full.

Returns & Refunds

All made-to-order sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds for buyer's remorse, customer ordering errors, or preference-based reasons. Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or qualifying lost orders may be eligible for a replacement after review.
